Esta vivienda se demolió por completo para hacer una distribución totalmente nueva aprovechando al máximo el espacio. Dada que la única entrada de luz y ventilación directa desde la calle procedía del fondo de la vivienda, integramos un patio, subiendo el techo para colocar ventanas en los laterales que nos permitiera una abundante entrada de luz y ventilación. Los clientes se decantaron claramente por una distribución abierta que ha dado a la casa mucha amplitud.

This home was totally demolished for a much better layout introducing space and light to the whole house. At first natural light only came from the end of the house, so we incorporated the patio into the home for which we built a higher ceiling with a whole perimeter of windows in it. Our clients opted for an open concept with larger areas for the family.

En el plano reformado se ve cómo ha cambiado la distribución eliminando los pasillos y ocultando las columnas. El resultado es un espacio abierto, sin pasillos y con un distribuidor muy amplio para las habitaciones y el baño. Nuestros clientes prefirieron un gran vestidor en lugar de un baño en suite, aunque las instalaciones se dejaron preparadas por si cambiaran de opinión en un futuro. En el cuarto de instalaciones está la lavadora, la secadora, el termo y un gran armario.

The refurbished layout shows how we got rid of the corridors and hid the columns. The result is a much open space. Our clients would rather have a walk in closen than an en suite, although we left all the installations ready in case they change their minds in the future. There´s a laundry room with a huge closet for extra storage.
